Bruno Kessler Foundation – Research Institute for the Evaluation of Public Policies

Alessio Tomelleri is an applied economist working at the intersection of labour market institutions, firm productivity and industrial policies. Currently, his research focuses on public business support, analysing its effectiveness in improving productivity, fostering innovation and promoting sustainable practices. He is a research fellow at the Bruno Kessler Foundation’s Research Institute for the Evaluation of Public Policies and holds a PhD in Economics and Management from the Free University of Bozen/Bolzano. Additionally, he is a member of the productivity board of the autonomous province of Trento, collaborating with experts from the OECD, the Bank of Italy, and the University of Trento.
