What we do

University research has the potential to solve global challenges, from climate change to health inequities.

We partner with a global coalition of policymakers, universities, and innovation leaders to unlock this potential and overcome barriers to knowledge exchange and research commercialisation. Together, we use a structured approach to evaluate new policy ideas and programmatic interventions to determine the most effective solutions for accelerating research impact.

Our approach

Our approach is experimental and evidence-driven.

We use a test-and-learn methodology to understand what works, scale effective solutions, and generate insights and evidence to inform global policy and practice.

We do this by building the capability of our partners to experiment, co-creating innovative solutions that address systemic challenges, and generating evidence on what works to strengthen university-industry collaboration and accelerate research commercialisation.

Building Capability

We empower our partners to operate in a more agile, experimental, and evidence-informed way. We build their capability and capacity to design and run their own experiments and scale effective solutions.

Co-creating Solutions

We address systemic challenges to knowledge exchange and commercialisation. We work directly with our global partners to co-create and pilot solutions, design and run experiments and scale what works.

Generating Robust Evidence

We strengthen the evidence base for better program design and inform global policy and practice. We ensure insights from our experiments and bespoke data projects are available in accessible and practical formats.
