Arzi is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Strategy & Policy at the National University of Singapore Business School. His research investigates grand challenges in emerging markets and strategies for sustainable development. His works have been published in Strategic Management Journal, Management Science, Academy of Management Journal, Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal, Journal of International Business Studies, Manufacturing & Service Operations Management, and Production and Operations Management. His research has won the best paper prizes at the Strategic Management Society, the Academy of Management, and the Academy of International Business. He teaches Strategic Management, Business Model Innovation, and Entrepreneurship.
