Christina Rott

Christina is an Associate Professor of Behavioral and Experimental Economics at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Research Fellow at the Tinbergen Institute. 

She holds a Ph.D. in Economics, Management, and Organization (with highest distinction) from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and a MSc in Economics from Barcelona School of Economics/ Universitat Pompeu Fabra. Research visits took her to Columbia Business School, Columbia University, and the Rady School of Management, University of California San Diego.

She is interested in understanding individuals’ behavior in organizations and in the labor market. Her research goal is to foster work and learn environments where all individuals can develop their full potential and thrive. Her research has appeared in journals such as Management Science, Journal of Human Resources, and Experimental Economics.
