John-Paul Ferguson

JP Ferguson is Associate Professor of Organizational Behaviour at McGill University. He studies labor markets, segregation, and innovation. He has experience doing research and teaching in North and South America, Africa, and Western Europe. Prior to receiving his PhD from the Sloan School at MIT in 2009, he worked at the World Bank and the International Labor Organization, and he continues to serve as a pro bono data analyst for the AFL-CIO in Washington, DC.
