Lamar joined the Beverly & James Hance Professor of Organization & Strategy at Washington University in St. Louis. He earned his PhD at UC Berkeley.

Lamar’s research focuses on economic and psychological factors that impact both productivity and misconduct, and the organizational solutions to jointly address these effects. Lamar is the current Editor-in-Chief at Organization Science.
