PhD Candidate
Claremont Graduate University
Luke DeCoste is an entrepreneur-turned-researcher working at the intersection of entrepreneurial decision-making and AI-powered education. He has built, bought, invested in, and sold ventures—experiences that now inform his academic research. As a Ph.D. student in Positive Organizational Psychology at Claremont Graduate University, he explores founder development through experiments, including how AI can enhance entrepreneurship education.
Drawing on both research and firsthand experience in leading global accelerators such as Techstars and the Creative Destruction Lab, Luke collaborates with accelerators, business schools, and innovation agencies across North America to design and evaluate AI-enabled founder development programs. He welcomes opportunities to support projects that advance evidence-based entrepreneurship support.
