Neslihan Uler is an Associate Professor in the Department of Agricultural and Resource Economics at the University of Maryland, where she also directs the Symons Hall Experimental Laboratory and is affiliated with the Artificial Intelligence Interdisciplinary Institute at Maryland (AIM). An experimental economist, her research spans public, environmental, and behavioral economics. Her work examines charitable giving, public goods provision, environmental policy, institutional design, and preference formation, with recent research focusing on the effects of artificial intelligence on productivity, income, and inequality. She received the University of Maryland AGNR 2022 On-Campus Junior Faculty Award and serves as an Associate Editor at the Journal of Economic Behavior & Organization.
