Raissa Fabregas

Raissa Fabregas is a faculty member in the Department of Economics at ITAM (Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México). She received her Ph.D. in Public Policy from Harvard University in 2018. Her research focuses on development economics, behavioral economics, and public policy, with an emphasis on scalable interventions that improve human capital and well-being in low- and middle-income countries. Her work spans education, health, and agriculture.
