Cross-sectoral partnerships are essential for the future of innovation. Just like an orchestra perform a symphony that none of the musicians alone could play, we can achieve valuable synergies in policy experimentation by bringing together different players from the innovation ecosystem. The question then arises: Who can play the role of the conductor in innovation policy partnerships? We hope our series of blog posts will convince you that cross-sectoral partnerships are desirable, that they are possible, but generally speaking will not happen on their own.
