Our third session will be held on:
đź“… Thursday, July 3rd at 3 pm UK time / 4 pm CEST
The accelerating pace of technological and societal change demands more effective horizon scanning. Nesta’s Mission Discovery is developing a system that addresses this challenge by automating the identification and analysis of emerging issues related to our missions. By taking a data-driven approach across diverse information sources—from venture funding to policy developments—they aim to create a more comprehensive and up-to-date understanding of the innovation landscape.
In May, Nesta published their latest product in this workstream – Mission Radar. In this presentation, William Woodward will explore the rationale behind this work, the user-centred approach taken in developing this product, the method and some of the challenges and decisions encountered, and what Nesta’s planning to do with this work next.
Speakers:
- William Woodward, Mission Discovery Lead at Nesta
Following the presentation, we’ll open the floor for discussion and questions from participants. If you are interested in joining the network and participating in this and future sessions, please fill this expression of interest.
